Guest access

check-in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards.
From 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., upon agreement of the time is guaranteed check-in presence, after that time self check-in will be possible.

Other things to keep in mind

> There is an extra charge for wood heating (10€ a 15 kg bag)

> Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

>According to current regulations at check-in, guests must show proof of identity and a rental agreement for tourist use will be drawn up

>A surcharge is required for use of the hot tub

>Due to the location of the house, water pipes cannot reach it, so we have capacious water tanks. The main one is 20000 liters of capacity (lasting over a month of winter) in addition we have 2000 liters of water reserve (enough for about 8/9 showers lasting 10 minutes each), thanks to which you have the ability to be notified when it is operated, so you have the necessary time to refill the tanks without running the risk of running out of water.
